Es war für mich eine neue Coaching-Erfahrung, meine Themen waren Steigerung des Selbstwertgefühls und das teilweise komische Gefühl/schlechtes Gewissen. Am meisten hat mich die Situation berührt, als ich auf dem Podest Stand und das Pferd das gute Selbstwertgefühl "zeigte". Eine zweite Situation mit dem Zeichen, dass ich vorausgehen soll.
